All orders within the US will be shipped via USPS in our signature gift box. If you would like to use another carrier, please email us: nicola@wahinejewelry.com. For orders outside the US, please email your special request to nicola@wahinejewelry.com.

About Your Order
Orders are placed through our secure online shopping cart linked to Paypal. Your personal information is only used for your order with Wahine Jewelry. After credit card authorization is received and your order is processed, we will send you a shipping notification email. If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
Jewelry Care
All our pieces are made of sterling silver, 14k gold-fill, or 14k-18k gold. Any exceptions will be noted. We highly recommend keeping your jewelry in the zip lock back to prevent tarnishing. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals. Please do not use solvents or harsh chemicals to clean the jewelry. Use polishing cloth to gently clean and bring back shine.
Natural Variation
Please keep in mind that, while we do our best to hand select gemstones in our jewelry, all stones naturally vary to some degree in color, size and shape.
Return Policy
- Items must be retunred within 10 days of receipt.
- Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
- Enclose a copy of your receipt, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item if you do not have the original receipt.
- All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you purchase insurance for your returned item. Ship the return package to:

- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
